Parking Automation Physical & Digital

Every parking lot has income potential. Are you maximizing your income? Automation will enhance your parking facility and create a reliable income stream. 

Autocashier is your automatic parking attendant, working 24 hours a day – seven days a week. The Autocashier, stationed at the exit of the facility, calculates the fee, displays the amount, accepts the payment, returns change and operates the exit gate. Fees may be collected via the bill acceptor using cash or credit. This system requires an enclosed lot or garage.

Another sysetm is Pay & Display.  Through the honor system and enforced by signage and monitoring, customers apporach the machine and pay-on-foot. They choose from pre-programmed time blocks and pay with cash, credit or coins. The receipt is then placed on the dashboard of the vehicle. 

There are many digital options for your parking lot.  Signage educates users on how to use mobile apps like Passport.  Your daily and event parkers download the app, register their car, identify the lot and stall and pay for time on your property.  Combined with staffing attendants on busy event nights, digital management can be low cost and low maintenance.
